This book was published in 2018 and it is the first book by Pavel Amitov translated into English. While preparing for translation, the author edited the book in such a way that acquaintance with it would become as convenient as possible for the wide circle of readers and they would not have to turn to Google for help every minute. For the same purpose the author removed from the book several chapters devoted mainly to the twists and turns of internal Ukrainian politics which may not be of great interest to most foreign readers.
